REGISTRATION FEES: All fees are per school/organization/studio.
Early Bird Registration (Payment must be postmarked by 12/13/23):
$175 for AzDEO/NDEO Members
$250 for Non-Members
Regular Registration (12/14/23-1/12/24):
$225 for AzDEO/NDEO Members
$300 for Non-Members
Late Registration (1/13/24-1/31/24):
Fee is the same as regular registration but no option to perform or pre-order apparel.
ADJUDICATION: $20 for AzDEO/NDEO Members
$25 for Non-Members
VIDEO:
$25 for AzDEO/NDEO Members
$30 for Non-Members
PAYMENT: All Checks and Purchase Orders can be made out to AzDEO. Schools must hold an institutional membership in order to qualify for the member registration fees.

30 days prior to event – full refund
2 weeks prior- 50% refund
1 week prior- only adjudication, DVD, and t-shirt refunds only.
Under 5 days – absolutely NO refund!

Events
Annual State HS/MS Dance Festival
Our annual State Dance Festival is open to include all high school and middle school dance students from public, charter, private school programs, studios, and dance organizations in AZ. The College Connections Expo will also take place at the festival this year!
The College Connections Expo provides an opportunity for High School aged students to connect and learn about opportunities in Dance in our Higher Education Institutions, and for Higher Education Institutions to market their program and recruit High School students. Also provides information for Community College students interested in transferring to a four-year institution.
Teachers will also have the opportunity to network and receive dance related updates during at the morning meeting during Festival. Breakfast is also provided during this meeting! The festival proceeds provide teacher scholarships to NDEO’s annual conference.
Festival 2024 will be February 3, 2024 at Combs HS and Performing Arts Center! Registration is NOW OPEN!!!
