azdeo high school & middle school festival

Arizona Dance Education Organization (AzDEO) is hosting the 39th Annual High School & Middle School State Dance Festival on February 1, 2025! We will once again be combining High School and Middle School students into one BIG event, and our theme this year is “College and Career Readiness – Building a Future in Dance”. Students will have access to an expanded College Expo, and parents and family are invited to attend both the morning and afternoon performances. 

Please fill out your purchase orders NOW! Registration and class availability are on a first come, first serve basis, so please register online and mail in your registration fee ASAP. Once fees (checks or P.O.) have been received, you will officially be registered for classes. Information and how to register for the event can be found below.  

Please note: A tech form will be sent out to teachers with students who are performing. Forms will be due by January 17th, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONs.

WHEN: February 1st, 2025 from 8am-4pm (approximately – final times will be confirmed with final registration confirmation)

WHERE: Valley Vista High School –  15550 N Parkview Pl, Surprise, AZ 85374

REGISTRATION FEES: All fees are per school/organization/studio. 
 
  • Early Bird Registration (Payment must be postmarked by 11/22/24): $200 for AzDEO/NDEO Members, $275 for Non-Members 
  •  
  • Regular Registration (11/23/24-12/20/24): $250 for AzDEO/NDEO Members, $325 for Non-Members 
  •  
  • Late Registration (12/21/24-1/10/25): Fee is the same as regular registration but no option to perform. 
ADJUDICATION: $25 for AzDEO/NDEO Members, $30 for Non-Members 
VIDEO: $20 for AzDEO/NDEO Members, $25 for Non-Members 
 
PAYMENT: All Checks and Purchase Orders can be made out to AzDEO. Schools must hold an institutional membership in order to qualify for the member registration fees.

REFUND POLICY: 
  1. 30 days prior to event – full refund
  2. 2 weeks prior- 50% refund
  3. 1 week prior- only adjudication, video, and t-shirt refunds only.
  4. Under 5 days – absolutely NO refund!
